NASCAR at Las Vegas: Odds, prediction, sleepers, drivers to watch for Pennzoil Oil 400

NASCAR heads straight back to another intermediate course this week since the Pennzoil Oil 400 will comprise a 1.5-mile race, which favors the Cup Series’ top drivers. Nonetheless, it presents a challenge that is different compared to Atlanta Motor Speedway, in which Brad Keselowski won.

This track is much flatter than that of Atlanta and tire wear will probably be less of a problem. So, a week, this week drivers like Kyle Larson, who had the fastest car on the track, might have less to worry about on that front.

But the truth is, he’s got a opportunity to win this season from the start while last week Keselowski came from nowhere to win. Keselowski has finished no worse than seventh over his past seven races there and has three career wins at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

He needs become the first guy you look at when performing evaluations as he has a great chance.

But while we’d really like to select him, we will go with Martin Truex Jr., who’s coming from a second-place end in Atlanta and has finished third, fourth and first in his past three races in Nevada, respectively.
